Accessibility Statement
TalentUnlocked is committed to making our digital services usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Our commitment
We want employers, agencies, and candidates to be able to use TalentUnlocked regardless of ability or the technology they rely on. We design and build with accessibility in mind and review our work against recognised standards.
Standards and scope
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This statement covers:
- This public marketing website (information pages and contact forms).
- The signed-in TalentUnlocked application at app.talentunlocked.ai, where separate product terms apply.
What we do
Our approach includes semantic HTML, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, text alternatives for meaningful images, and labels for form fields. We test with automated checks and manual review, including keyboard-only navigation and common assistive technologies where practical.
Known limitations
TalentUnlocked is in active development. Some areas may not yet meet our target level of accessibility. Examples can include third-party embeds, legacy content, or complex interactive flows that are still being improved. Where we identify issues, we prioritise fixes that unblock core tasks such as signing in, reviewing roles, and submitting enquiries.
Compatibility
Our services are designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnification, and speech recognition software. Older browsers or unsupported configurations may not provide the full experience.
Feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty using any part of TalentUnlocked, or if you need information in an alternative format, please contact us. We will do our best to provide the content or support you need and to address accessibility barriers promptly.
Email: mitchell.walker@talentunlocked.ai
When you contact us, include the page or feature you were using, the assistive technology or browser involved if relevant, and a brief description of the problem. We aim to respond within five working days.
Enforcement and updates
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your concern through the relevant national enforcement or advisory body for your jurisdiction. In the United Kingdom, guidance is available from the Equality and Human Rights Commission and the Government Digital Service accessibility team.
We review this statement periodically and update it as our services and accessibility work evolve. Last updated: July 2026.
