TalentUnlocked was founded by Simon Smith (ex-Investigo and JSS Search Co-Founder) and Alex Smith. We're a specialist recruitment marketplace connecting employers directly with expert agencies, built to reduce hiring friction and cost for employers, create greater opportunity for agencies, and transform how top talent is hired.

Board & backers

Our board is chaired by Shaun McCabe (ex C-suite for Amazon, ASOS, and Trainline), and we're advised by Andy Stewart (SVP Engineering, Tide). We are backed by high-profile investors including main board level operators across public markets and international private equity.
