How it works
No sign-up, no forms. You join Starter automatically and move up as you go.
A role counts towards your tier when it is filled and the person starts. Withdrawn roles do not count.
Hit the next tier and the new discount applies to hires starting from that day.
On your joining anniversary we reset your tier from the last 12 months, dropping one tier at most.
Fill 100 roles with us in total, over any length of time, and you stay on Platinum for good.
Refer an employer who fills a role with us and it counts as one role for you.
Each tier adds more than a discount; a named Account Manager from Silver, a yearly hiring plan session from Gold and early access to new features at Platinum.

The discount comes off our 2% employer success fee. Agency fees are still capped at 15%.

Our success fee is 2% of salary, with 10% off at Bronze, 15% at Silver, 20% at Gold and 25% at Platinum. You only pay when someone starts.

However long it takes, once you have filled 100 roles with us you keep 25% off our success fee and every Platinum perk. No yearly review, no targets.
